SubDesk keeps every recurring cost of a person or a small business in one place, and warns before money leaves. It tracks three kinds of record, each with its own page:

Everything sits in a workspace. A workspace has one display currency, can be shared with other people, and on Pro can bill services to clients. Reminders go out by email before renewals, card expiries, coverage ends and cancellation deadlines. An AI assistant such as Claude can read and write the same records through an MCP connection.
